RENT INQUIRY
You can send your rental inquiry via the web form or via e-mail; rent@bauer-grupa.hr or administracija@bauer-grupa.hr
In order to get the best offer, enter as much required information as possible into the questionnaire form, rental period, number of drivers, number of companions and leave your mobile phone number so that we can contact you for additional information, all in order to choose the camper that will suit you best.
In the case of a "first-minute" reservation (30+ days before pick-up), it is necessary to pay a 30% advance payment of the total rental amount in order to book the desired date, and the reservation must be settled at least 10 days before pick-up.
In the case of a "last minute" reservation (-10 days before pick-up), it is necessary to settle the full amount of the rental offer.
INCLUDED IN RENT AND EXTRAS
Basic equipment is included in the camper rental price.
It includes a set of dishes and utilities for eating and cooking, tea towels and toilet paper, water hose, power cord with adapters, spare fuses and lamps, levelers, chemical toilet fluid, hand tool set, gas bottle.
All campers from our fleet come with complete equipment, but if you still decide on additional equipment, we offer you the option of paying extra and renting it.

DEPOSIT AND INSURANCE
During the rental period, a deposit of €1,200 is required. The deposit is paid to our account, or you can pay with credit card /cash
Upon the return of the vehicle, the vehicle is inspected and if there is no damage, the deposit is returned to the client within a maximum of 15 days (depends on the bank).
PICK UP AND DROP OFF
Vehicle pickup is between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. or as suggested.
We agree on the exact time when confirming the reservation. In order to speed up the handover of the vehicle and make it easier to use, we have created a YouTube channel with video instructions for each type of motorhome. In case you have done your "homework" :), the handover takes about 30 minutes (filling in the documentation, inspecting the equipment and damages).

Returning the vehicle is mandatory between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM or as suggested.
Exceptionally, we can arrange a different time for the return or pick-up of motorhomes (within working hours), if possible.
Adherence to the agreed pickup and return time of the motorhome is mandatory to avoid additional costs.
GOOD TO KNOW...
The motorhome driver must have a category B driver's license for at least 5 years and must have min. 25 years of age (in case you do not have an EU driver's license, you will need an international one). The motorhome can only be operated by the persons specified in the Agreement. The price of renting a motorhome varies depending on the season and rental days and the type of motorhome. The rental price includes up to 300 km/day, a green card and a full tank of clean water and standard equipment is included in the rental price
The rental price does not include: €170 for vehicle preparation, fuel, tolls, traffic violations, camp prices and additional equipment. The camper must be returned with a full fuel tank, an empty "gray" water tank, a cleaned chemical toilet, and the interior must be tidy (garbage removed, dishes washed...).
